Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026 · Fandonia LLC · Applies to all Fandonia games and apps and to this website

The whole policy in three sentences. Our games and apps (the “Apps”) do not collect personal data. They have no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you do in them stays on your device.

The rest of this page explains what that means in practice, and describes the few things that happen outside our control — chiefly what Apple and Google do when you buy an App from their stores.

1. What stays on your device

All of it. Game progress, settings, preferences, saved items, and anything you type or create inside an App are stored only on your phone or tablet. We do not operate servers that receive this information, so we cannot see it, and we do not have it.

If you use your device’s own backup or transfer features (such as iCloud Backup, Google One backup, or device-to-device transfer), your App data may be included in that backup. That is a function of your device and your Apple or Google account, governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

Deleting an App deletes its data from your device.

2. What we do not do

3. Purchases

Our Apps are paid up front or offer optional in-app purchases. Every purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive your payment details. We receive aggregate sales reports from the stores that do not identify you. Purchase entitlements are verified with the store on your device so that purchases can be restored on your other devices.

4. What Apple and Google may collect

The App Store and Google Play collect information about downloads and, if you have opted in through your device settings, crash and diagnostic reports. They may share aggregated, non-identifying versions of this with developers. We do not add our own crash-reporting or diagnostic tools. You control this sharing in your device’s privacy settings.

5. If you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete it on request.

6. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. Because our Apps collect no personal information from anyone, they collect none from children. If you have a concern, please contact us.

7. Your rights

Privacy laws in many places give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. For our Apps, there is nothing to access or delete — the data is on your device, under your control. The only personal information we might hold is email correspondence you sent us, which we will delete whenever you ask.

8. This website

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, fonts, or advertising. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard, short-lived server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability under its own policies.

9. If this ever changes

If a future App needs to send information off your device to work — for example, an optional online feature — we will update this policy before that App ships, describe exactly what is sent and why, and the App will ask for your permission before it does so. Silent changes are not something we do.
